How You Are Charged
You are only charged while talking to a technician. If you can download the file above and install it on your own, you avoid any fees for added support. However less tech savvy users often require 10 – 15 minutes just to get this software downloaded and running. In those cases we must include that added time as tech support time.
The rates for remote technical support are typically 57.50 per 1/2 hour with a 1/2 hour minimum.
The rates for high level technical support (Servers, Business Networks etc) are typically 65.00 per 1 hour with a 1 hour minimum (unless your company has a support contract)
